Double Bedroom in Fantastic Town Centre Location

Hi!

Looking for someone to take over my room in a 2-person flat share. The location is fantastic, 2 minutes walk away from town centre with Waitrose being literally one street away.
The flat is very bright and clean, well-insulated, and lovely furnished. It features a kitchen with a brand-new oven, hob, freezer and fridge. There is also a relatively new washing machine with dryer functions. There is more than enough storage space for two people :) The living room is shared, and has a beautiful large (extendable) solid wood table with chairs and a sofa bed. The bathroom is clean, has a shower and heated towel rack.
The available double bedroom has a wonderful bay window, a small desk and a large chest of drawers. The bed is a normal double size, and the curtains were tailor-made for the windows and block light well.

My flatmate is lovely, clean, quiet and very considerate! Looking forward to hearing from you!!
