Double Room Guildford, Burpham

I am looking for a new flatmate to move in with me in a 2 bedroom flat in Guildford. The flat is situated in the Burpham area, close to the A3 and just across the road from both Aldi and Saintsbury’s, which is extremely convenient. There is bus stops just in front of the building, which allows for easy access to the town centre.

The flat consists of an entrance hall, a bathroom with shower over bath, a spacious kitchen and 2 big double bedrooms.

Bills are not included in the price, but usually these are around £160/month per person, including council tax.

A bit about myself;
I am a 26 year-old male, with Danish origins, but have been living in the UK since 2017. I am working as a music producer and am working a lot from home, so the ideal roommate would be a musician or someone music interested.

The room is available from 1st of March onwards.
