We have a 2 double room available soon.
A good sized double on the ground floor for £695 from 8th March and a larger room, also ground floor from 1st April.

The other tenants are all professional people working around Guildford.

The house has a large, newly fitted dining kitchen with comfy sitting area with TV and bistro table.

There is a separate utility room. which includes 2 huge fridge freezers, 2 x washing machines,, tumble dryer, microwave and dishwasher.

The room is on the first floor and fully furnished including a double bed with mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.

You will be sharing the bathroom with 2 others.

The house is on a large green in a residential area. It is close to the river, pub and local shops. The bus stop is a short walk away. There is plenty of on and off street parking.

The house is professionally cleaned every 2 weeks.

The other housemates are all young professional people. They're friendly and sociable.
We are professional landlords who take pride in our well maintained and equipped houses. We live about 20 mins away.
