A newly built property that’s well kept with plenty of regrettably expensive features and home automation tech that just works, making living there pleasant and simple. Like the room, it’s spacious and light but also cosy; it’s well insulated which means it’s warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Inside and out are living plants to make it feel as fresh and vibrant. For allergy sufferers, air coming in is controlled and HEPA-filtered whilst the humidity levels are kept at a perfect level for comfort.
It’s just me living here currently, don’t worry, I’m pretty laid back human 😜
Kitchen 🧑🍳
An airy kitchen that’s open-plan through to the living room. Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, built-in SMEG induction hobs, oven, fridge & freezer. A second large fridge-freezer means there’s plenty of room for groceries or drinks. Crockery, cutlery and a range of cooking equipment are all available to you to save you having to buy extra bits if you don’t want to.
Living Room 🛋
I won’t lie, I have taken this over a bit with my own toys; it currently has exercise equipment and bikes, which I plan to move out but they’re currently there for now (and looking rather pretty).
Patio 🍹
Convenient for alfresco dining or just relaxing in the summer. It also extends around the side of the house functioning as a utility area for washing bikes and storage.
Garden 🪴
Nice to sit in the sun from sunrise to sunset if you want to. There’s a raised area at the top with a gazebo which overlooks the cathedral and the horizons. Note that the back lawn area is currently undergoing re-landscaping, it is still usable but you just have to tread carefully up there! My plan is to have this finished within the next few months.
Live-Streaming Room 🖥️
Great for use as a hot desk if you want to look pro in interviews or remote meetings. I occasionally use the space to create sound-sensitive videos (ASMR, don’t worry if you haven’t heard of it)! All that means is that I’d need quiet time now and then to record in here, but it’s infrequent and never been an issue with my previous tenant.
Gazebo “Gym” 🏋️♀️
Currently housing a commercial-grade Stairmaster Stair Stepper at the top of the garden covered by the gazebo.
Bathroom, Heating & Downstairs Lavatory 🛁

There is a shelter currently being built along the side of the property to better store bikes and other bits outside.

About Me 🤓
During the week, I’m a full-time video content creator and photographer, working with animals and on YouTube. I’m pretty sociable/easy going and as much as I love my own space (and respect others’). I’m not in a lot of the time what with being busy at work, gym and hobbies so most of the time there will be plenty of space to spread out and do your own thing.
I’m into my DIY, home landscaping and cycling to name a few things, so for the time that I am in I’ll be working on bikes, renovating/landscaping the gardens, building the cedar-clad bike store and repainting the bathroom ceiling to name a few projects. It’s all usable space and I do like it all tidy in the process.
Some of the photos are taken from the previous tenancy ad, but it’s all pretty much the same if not nicer since.
