The flat is approximately a 5-minute walk to the high street, 3 minutes from London Road station and 10 minutes to Guildford main station There is on-road parking (permit needed).

I am a professional in full-time employment as a sales manager so my working week is very varied. I will mostly be working from home during the days however, I will be out sometimes and travelling at least once a month. I am a very social person who enjoys going out at weekends and sometimes going to the pub during the week. I also play football and basketball a couple of times a week.

I am looking for a tenant who is a professional with similar interests, is clean, and quiet but friendly and sociable.

Preferably someone who does not work from home.

The Kitchen is fitted with a washing machine, dishwasher, and fridge freezer.
All council tax, bills, wifi included.

Tenant must bring own cutlery/crockery/cooking equipment.
