Hi, We have a good sized, ground floor double room available in this friendly house from 1st April.

The room is furnished and on the ground floor.

It shares a shower room with one other tenant.

The house has a large kitchen, utility room, sitting room, conservatory and garden. There is plenty of free on and off street parking.

Cleaners maintain the shared areas of the house every 2 weeks.

Please be very aware that this is a non smoking house.

We are professional landlords with several well maintained houses in the area.
