THE HOUSE
This spacious property is home to a small group of social and friendly professional people, aged 25 – 35 yrs. There's superfast broadband and a Smart TV in both the communal areas and your own room, so you can chill with your housemates, or enjoy your own space. The kitchen has just been completely refitted and is stunning. It’s well equipped with everything you need, including washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and microwave, and it’s a great place to cook, eat and socialise. Outside there's loads of parking, a really nice garden with a patio, table and chairs, and somewhere to store bikes.

THE LOCATION
The house is in a residential area about 1.5 miles from Guildford Town. If you're walking it will take about 20-25 mins, or there is a bus stop directly outside the house; this gets you into Guildford Bus station (centre of town) in about 10 mins. It's also convenient for the University, the hospital, Guildford Research Park and Business Park. A number of previous tenants have worked there and found the commute really easy; again, about 10 mins by car or 15 mins on a bike. If you drive there's plenty of parking, but best of all you can nip out to the A3 in no time at all and that gets you up to the M25/M3 quickly. It’s also very close to Slyfield Industrial Estate, which you can walk to in 10 minutes.
