THE LOCATION
The house is in a residential area about 1.5 miles from Guildford Town. If you're walking it will take about 20-25 mins, or there is a bus stop directly outside the house; this gets you into Guildford Bus station (centre of town) in about 10 mins. It's also convenient for the University, the hospital, Guildford Research Park and Business Park. A number of previous tenants have worked there and found the commute really easy; again, about 10 mins by car or 15 mins on a bike. If you drive there's plenty of parking, but best of all you can nip out to the A3 in no time at all and that gets you up to the M25/M3 quickly. It’s also very close to Slyfield Industrial Estate, which you can walk to in 10 minutes.
