We have 4 rooms for the student year available from September. The pictures are from last year and house is being slightly upgraded and painted at present so might present differently, but will be ready for 15th September 2026.

House has kitchen with all amenities such as washing machine, tumble, dishwasher. Fast broadband. Garden. Communal sitting room off kitchen plus conservatory. Off street parking for two cars and on street for more.

Bills included.

Guarantor Required, let on a per room basis but could be a group of 4 but still will be per room contracts.
