Two female occupants currently living in the house, one studying midwifery and one studying nursing. Both in final year. This is a quiet and kind house, looking for a female occupant to join them. Someone who enjoys socialising but also is focusing on their studies would fit well in this house.
This house includes driveway parking and a garden. It is a newly built house and we have been the first occupants. It is a beautifully presented house, with a large shared living space. The landlord is brilliant and we haven't had any problems. Contract until 14th September 2022
