We have a double ensuite room available in guildford, GU1 1PG area. It’s with 4 other tenants, all students at surrey university, between ages of 20-22. It’s in a newly refurbished house, with all appliances like dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. Nice sized garden too, and parking available. It has a lot of storage space in the room, a wardrobe, and a desk. It’s the only room with a shower and toilet in the ensuite. The rent per month is £541.58, not including bills, but the others say these are around £20-40 depending on how much usage there is. There is a £600 deposit, the contract ends the end of June but if you wish, the agency is happy to take the tenancy over to next year! It is available ASAP, and viewings can be arranged either in person or on a video call if interested!
