The back bedroom facing the garden has a second door that immediately connects to the family bathroom so it is like and ensuite but the bathroom is shared with the others in the house. This room is taken.

The top floor is a small attic room with a futon bed with a new double mattress. It has a desk and chair and space for clothes. It is a light airy but compact room with two large velux windows. There is a narrow ensuite with a built in shower toilet and wash hand basin. this room is taken.

All bills are included, wifi, water, gas and electricity. Students are obliged to contact Guildford Borough Council Tax department in order to apply for the full exemption of Council Tax with an exception certificate which is issued by the University.
