Double room available in easy walking distance from Guildford town centre (5mins walk to town & under 10 mins walk to the train station). The house is in a pleasant area and is only 5mins walk from a lovely river walk and access to surrounding countryside such as Chantry woods.

Rent is £499.73 pcm plus bills which usually comes to around £180 extra. This includes council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV and WiFi. The deposit is £533.5.

The room has a large window which looks out over a large grassy courtyard/garden. The room has a large built in wardrobe and built in shelves. Otherwise the room is unfurnished.

The house has a shared kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and second toilet. Alongside the communal front garden and lawn we also have our own private back garden/patio and picnic bench (where we can eat outside in the Summer).

We are a friendly household of 3 women who are all professionals, working in a mixture of education and office work. We are considerate and respectful and enjoy both our independence and spending time together. We all do our own cooking etc but like to get together for a meal, a film/game night in and the occasional house night out for cocktails or dinner.

We are looking for someone friendly, kind, responsible and considerate to join the household.
