I'm offering a spacious double room in a well-presented top floor flat, part of a quiet block in a cul-de-sac, away from busy roads.
I'm the only other person living in this 2-bed flat, which should keep things simple.
The room, which has just had a fresh coat of paint, is double glazed, with a view of the communal garden. The room has lots of storage space, with a very large wardrobe and chest of drawers (see photos). There's also a loft for larger items if need be.
There's a well-equipped kitchen (also recently re-painted) with plenty of fridge/freezer/cupboard storage. The bathroom is in good condition with bath/shower.
There's a decent-sized living/dining room with plenty of soft furnishings to relax on, and a nice wooden floor.
There's good parking below, plus a lockable bicycle shed. There are also frequent buses into the town centre, just outside.
The flat has no direct neighbours, so there's no disturbance through walls etc.
It's not far from the river Wey, with a gorgeous towpath walk. Also, a boardwalk over marshes with lots of plant/wildlife, a lake and a picnic area. Great for a walk or run.
The flat is close to the A3, which can be handy if you're driving longer distance. It's a couple of miles from a large supermarket, and there are local shops nearby too. There's also Slyfield Industrial Estate close by, with lots of amenities/services there.
I'm the live-in owner, and I'm generally a friendly, easy-going guy to be around. Ideally I'd like to share with someone who wants a relatively quiet life (!). You might be a professional or a student. Either way, you'll get your own comfortable space and hopefully a hassle-free experience.
Visitors are welcome within reason, but no overnight guests please, unless it's a special case.
