We are currently looking for a suitable housemate to replace me in our contract as I am buying my first property. The room is a large double, very spacious. It is a newly renovated house (2yrs ago) with really good backyard space and storage space in attic and very large garden shed. There are two toilets in the house and one bathroom. So, no queuing in the morning when everyone is in the rush to go to work. The room has a bed frame, mattress and bedside tables. My wardrobe is up for sale if needed.
It’s a very quiet and convenient area as it is only 15 min walk to uni and Tesco and also to royal Surrey hospital, and 20min walk to town or 7min to town with a bus.
We are looking for a friendly, considerate and tidy professional. We are a friendly bunch of people and we like to hangout with each other. :)
We are also very clean and we are looking for someone who is the same. It’s not just a house share but want to make it feel homey. :)
Please note that a contract will have to be signed and references are required by the Real estate agents.
