I am looking for a flatmate to move into my spare double bedroom which is located next to Stoke Park, a stone's throw from the Town Centre plus has easy transport links from the nearby train station and the A3.
Ideally looking for long term let - up to a year+ but I am open to be flexible

My home is a two floor maisonette with its own private entrance. I have a spacious fully equipped kitchen, x2 bathrooms (x1 with a bath/shower) and a sizable shared living room (which comes with an added bar area).

My home is situated on a quiet, private road and free parking is available just off the main road - no permit required.

The room that is available to rent is a double size and comes furnished with a double bed with storage drawers underneath, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. Rent is £995 per month which includes all bills.

A bit about me: I am a 36 year old female professional working in Weybridge but do also work from home occasionally. I have a love for terrible TV shows, pub quizzes and drinking wine. I own the house so looking for a flat mate who doesn't mind living with "the landlord" is keen to socialise every now and again but also appreciates personal space, is tidy & mindful to respect each other & my home.
