There is a large shared living room with TV and a decent size kitchen with hob, oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Lift access to gated garage with 1 parking space for potential new flatmate/s, the garage can also be accessed via the gate with 2 additional visitor bays for the block. The bedroom is suitable for couples. I am Georgia, the owner of the property. I am currently on an extended vacation and therefore am not at the flat very often, only a couple of times per year. New tenants are welcome to use my room as a spare room when I am not using it. Tenants are responsible for the electric bill in full in addition to the rent when I am not at the property, this can range in price based on usage.
