- 5 min walk to Royal Surrey Hospital and Surrey Research Park and 1 mile from Guildford Train station.
- Large Tesco's and smart gym at the end of the road and a bus that goes into London or town frequently if you don't want to walk.
- Free parking on the road and an optional off street parking space if needed.
- Full double glazing and gas central heating. Big kitchen and massive living room with big leather sofas.
- Large rear garden with table and chairs perfect for BBQs.
- Decorated to a really high modern standard. Each room has its own wiring for the internet or you can use the strong Wifi.
This is what I do in the week so if there are any problems, I am able to help. I also have a property manager called Damian who keeps on top of the maintenance so things are sorted as quickly as physically possible.

I try to choose people I think I would be happy sharing with which I hope creates a warm atmosphere that you will look forward to coming home to.

The gardener who does the hedge and grass cutting if it gets too long (there is a lawnmower if you want to do it more regularly).

The room is available on 1st March 2026 and this is when the contract would have to start.
