One large double bedroom with bathroom in close proximity in great house with garden and a nice location! The house is currently occupied by 2 male professionals and one mature student. The preference is for a professional or mature student for a good fit.

A clean, well maintained, tastefully furnished detached house in a beautiful location within easy walking access to Guildford town centre, university and business parks. It is only a 15-20 minute walk along the river to the train station into London which can be reach in 35 minutes. There is access to a well proportioned garden and patio area with a safe area to store bikes etc.

In all there are 3 double rooms and 1 single. There is one large double on the ground floor with access to bathroom available. The rooms are large and well proportioned. There are 2 toilets with washrooms, one with shower over bath and the other a free standing shower. There is a comfortable lounge/TV area with dining facilities and equally large fully equipped kitchen diner. There is also a utility room for laundry etc.

There is parking for 3 cars up front and free on street parking. There is a frequent bus service to the town and university areas, though both locations are within 15-20 minutes walking distance. The neighbourhood has ample amenities.- post office, chemist, supermarket, grocery stores, restaurants, GP, dentist, hairdressers etc.

We are renting the house by rooms, the whole house will be shared by a max of 4 people. The price for a double bedroom is £825 including bills. The double room has a near exclusive use of the bathroom.

The place has been our home and is well looked after. We would expect the same from tenants. Its a no smoking premises and as its located in a safe, peaceful residential area, it is not quite a party place.
