1 bedroom available (1st floor) in a house of 3. You'll only share bathroom with one person as the 3rd bedroom has her own ensuite. The bedroom is facing the street, but its quiet and it's really bright.

Minimum stay 11 months. Bills ARE NOT included (council tax, internet, electricity and water - max we paid last year was £180 each in Winter)

Female professional preferred (as there are already 2 female professionals tenants) needs to be CLEAN and TIDY.

5 minutes walking to Guildford Train Station
10 minutes walking to the Friary
9 minutes walking to University of Surrey
25 minutes walking to the Hospital

Also bus stop (5) in front of the house.
