Room will be available from 1st January until 1st August 2024.
House currently has 3 other tenants, 2 of whom are students in their final year at the University of Surrey and one is a post-graduate student in full-time employment.
House is located along a quiet road with on-street parking; 20min walk to Manor Park Campus and Research Park, 30min walk to Stag Hill Campus, 15min walk to Tesco, 35min walk or 15min bus to station.
The tenant will also have shared use of a recently refurbished bathroom, kitchen, lounge/study, and garden with bike rack. Pictures can be shown on request.

Please note, the only furniture included from the pictures is the bed, the rest belongs to the current tenant. In terms of storage, there are boxes which fit underneath the bed, a wardrobe located behind the door to the room, and a chest of drawers from another room can be moved into here if needed.

Landlord and letting agent (SWR Letting Agents) have been friendly and highly professional since the start of our tenancies 15 months ago.

I am having to relocate to London asap, hence why I am needing to leave the tenancy early and find another tenant.

Rent: £525 pcm
WiFi: £10.50
Energy: average of £40 pcm over the last 16 months, obviously can increase during the winter.
Water: paid every 6 months, across the 3 bills we have paid they have been between £17 and £52 each
Council tax: 112.19
Therefore, total per month is approximately £718, give or take.
