Double Rooms in Professional Guildford Townhouse

Hey!

There are two spare rooms available in our three bed terrace house in Central Guildford. We are currently three guys who are sociable and work full time.

Two of the housemate are moving out end of May as one is moving in with their partner and the other has accepted a job offer in another area.

I (who will be remaining in the property) have lived here for almost 5 years and am ideally looking for new housemates who are of similar character in being professional, relaxed and looking for a long term home (doesn't need to be years though). Ideally looking for laid back people who work full time and are able to be a great contribution to the house.

The house is located in a quiet and safe area, 15 min walk from the town centre and 10 min walk from Guildford train station. The house has bright and comfortable shared living room and spacious kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air fryer, coffee maker etc. Modern bathroom with bath and power shower. The house has a secluded garden and space for extra storage in the sheds. There is also a big park/ recreation ground opposite the house.

The bedrooms come with a double bed, bedside table, dressing table and wardrobe(s), located on the first & second floor overlooking the rear garden / folage. Your bathroom is on the first floor which is shared with one housemate. The other housemate (me) has an en suite.

Parking is available on the street with a permit, available from the council for around £100 per year.

Bills come to on average £130 - £150 P/P PCM.
£675 PCM rent. This is non-negotiable.
