Double Room in Professional Guildford Townhouse

Hey!

There is a spare room available in our three bed terrace house in Central Guildford. We are two guys who are sociable and work full time - we enjoy chilled evenings as well as socialising, cooking and watching movies together. We also spend our free time going out to explore the area, meet new people and have pub lunches.

We have lived here for three years / 6 months and are ideally looking for someone who is of similar character in being professional, relaxed and looking for a long term house (doesn't need to be years though). Ideally, we are looking for a laid back person who works full time and is able to be a great contribution to the house.

The house is located in a quiet and safe area, 15 min walk from the centre and 10 min walk from Guildford train station. The house has bright and comfortable shared living room and spacious kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air fryer, coffee maker etc. Modern bathroom with bath and power shower. The house has a secluded garden and space for extra storage in the sheds. There is also a big park/ recreation ground opposite the house.

The bedroom comes with a double bed, bedside table, dressing table and a large wardrobe and is located on the first floor overlooking garden/ folage.
The bathroom is on the same floor which is shared with one housemate. The other housemate has an en suite.

Parking is available on the street with a permit, available from the council for around £100 per month.

Bills come to on average £120 - £140 P/P PCM. No deposit. £575 per month rent. This is non-negotiable.
