It's a HOME not just a Room

Generally a room doesn't really come up that often but we have a single room available in a 5 bedroom house share in Central Guildford.

So we are looking for replacement housemate who wants to integrate into a totally 100% social set up and not live just in their room.

I know most of the other adverts go on about 'how social and friendly and professional and tidy' other housemates are but this house really offers all those things and much more. So If you want to pay for not just a room but also for a home lifestyle then please read on.

First, a bit about the house. It's situated about 15-20 min walk to central Guildford, or 5 mins bus which can be caught just 25m up the road. If you have a car, no problem, plenty of on street parking in the cul-de-sac without the need for a permit.

The lounge, kitchen and bathrooms are all great, modern and clean-what you see in the photos is what you get or I promise.

There is also a lovely landscaped sunny garden at the back. A couple of musts-2 great showers (thanks to a new powerful water main) and Virgin Broadband 300MB.

Now a bit about the room which has come available.

It's room 5 -in the photos you will see a copy of the floor plan. and its just really nice. The room is probably undervalued for the rent asked but it's more important to get the right housemate in than to max profits.

It's really quite lovely and bright and recently been painted with Farrow+Ball Lamp Post Grey. It comes with a decent storage bed, side bed unit, table/dresser and chair and built in wardrobe and original Edwardian fire place. The carpet is not too old but it's nice to get it professionally cleaned before the new housemate moves in which I will arrange.

Finally the most important bit- the people in the house. So to start off with, we are super nice/ friendly /social and want the same please. We are all 22-27 years old.

Ladies first:

Hello I'm Antonia who will be making contact with you alongside Jenn. I hope to think I was friendly addition to the home a few years back. In my professional role I look after up and coming Artists.

Jenn, a part time graphic designer who also works for an athletic clothing brand. She is our longest housemate, coming up to 3 years next May.

Now the gents:

Will, super chilled and a professional rugby player. He managed to secure this room over a year ago having had his eye on the house a few years back when one of his friend's lived there.

Nick, similar chillness to Will and he works with precious metals-I'll let him explain more when you meet him!

The balance of the house is great and the way to pass the test of entry is to:

a) visit
b) be yourself
c)if you like who you meet and what you see then...
d) declare your super interest and we'll all decide together
