Small single room becoming available in January 2025 in busy family home. In Guildford Town centre, very clean and bright. There is a 7 minute walk from the station, and 5 minutes from the town. The room is a small single, and would be ideal for an student, or independant young person. You would need to be dog lover, clean and organised due to room size!
