Less than 1 minute to the rail station and only 10 minutes walk to the high street.

House has maximum of 3 house mates. There is a shared sitting room, with sofas and TV, shared kitchen with oven hob, and large fridge and a separate utility area with washing machine, large freezer and plenty of space to dry clothes. South facing good sized garden.

Residents parking permits can be bought from Guildford Borough Council and there is lots of residents parking around, zone B. Neither of the available permits are currently taken.

All reasonable bills included (Gas, Council Tax, Electricity, Water, Broadband).
