We are offering a spacious double room situated around Woodbridge hill. This room is furnished and includes:

-Double bed
-Wardrobe
-Chest of drawers
-Built in cupboards for extra storage

The current housemates are 3 male, 1 female. All are young professionals who are very respectful of each other and often do stuff together in the evenings. The property is a 20 minute walk from the town centre (& station) along the canal and has a downstairs toilet as well as an upstairs bathroom. Within a 5 minute walk you have an assortment of takeout options, local pub, gym, Co-op and Lidl

A driveway is available, working on a first come first serve basis.

Water and council tax are included in the monthly rent payment. However, the gas, electricity and internet are split evenly between the house. There are no other bills to pay.

Total bills: £80-85.
