29m2 Premium Studio available from 14th September 2024 to 30th August 2025 at the rate of £340 pw. Weekly saving of £30 pw compared to rooms still available with Guilden Village (£370 pw).

I booked early, secured a better rate, but no longer need the room. Guilden Village are happy to contract directly with a new tenant taking over my contract.
