This room is available from 15th June 2024 - 7th September 2024 (12 weeks). This term may be able to be extended, but will have to be discussed with the accommodation once the contract is taken over. The room is a double bed with a private en-suite, study desk, open wardrobe and Samsung TV. It’s on the 5th (top) floor with a lovely view out into the surrounding area, and has a large shared kitchen with 9 others. All the other flatmates are between 18 and 22, and are all friendly and welcoming. The room will be professionally deep cleaned before moving in and there are amenities such as a theatre, gym, roof terrace, study area, 24/7 CCTV, and mini golf. The room rate is £200 p/w all bills included- which is £2400 over the total term of the contract. This is a significant discount from the current room prices at Guilden Village which are £240 p/w and will go quickly.
