I would like to sublet my room for 2 months as I will be travelling.

Availability dates can be slightly flexible so message me if you are unsure. I am ideally looking to sublet my room for the full 2 month duration => end of July/start August - start of Octomber, however short lets can be considered with additional costs.

The property:
- Great location 5 min walk to Tesco superstore, Hospital, research park and multiple bus stops to the train station/city centre.
- On street and off street parking.
- Close bus stop to london victoria and heathrow.
-Rent includes all bills (electricity, gas, water, wifi) and cleaner.
- Helpfull landloard and quick to respond.
- Ample storage room.
- Nice neighbourhood.

The Room:
- Big en-suite room with bright windows.
- Big full body mirror
- Double bed
- Fully furnished with a massive wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers, desk and blackout blinds.

The tenants:
Although you will be sharing the kitchen and living room with the others your room and bathroom is on the ground floor. The other 3 tenants' rooms are upstairs. They have their own big bathroom and another small toilet upstairs. They are all friendly young professionals working mostly a 9-5 routine. They value cleanliness and love to hang around sometimes for a chat in the living room. They are all really nice and easy to get along with.
