1 large double bedroom available in a 4 bed, 2 bathroom house. You will be sharing with 3 females, all working professionals. We are friendly, sociable and keep communal areas of the house clean and tidy.

The bedroom is fully furnished and can have a desk added upon request. The house is a 5 minute walk to Tescos, 15 minute walk to the University and hospital and a 25 minute walk to the city centre. There is a bus stop outside the house with a direct route to the city centre and train station. The house has a large open plan kitchen and lounge and a rear garden. The house has recently been fitted with a new upstairs bathroom and hobs in the kitchen. The house is being renovated over the summer, including having a new front porch built.
