Excellent value single room near Surrey University

Hi! We are 3 second year STEM PhD students at the University of Surrey: Ahmed, Julien and Hmrishav. We're looking for a fourth housemate to take the remaining bedroom our shared house.

It is approximately a 5 minute walk from the University of Surrey Stag Hill campus, with a shared kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom and additional downstairs toilet. We also have a large garden. The bedroom in question is a cosy single room with large south-facing windows and lots of light.

We're looking for a student - ideally MSc or PhD, but undergrads also considered - in order to retain our council tax exemption. Otherwise, the house is Council Tax Band D.
