Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my part of the tenancy from the end of June to the 24th August. It is £559 on the 23rd of each month, then a further £108 comes out on the 2nd for the bills. The girls in the house currently are all students so looking for a female student or a female around the age 19-20. This is a shared living room and kitchen house, with a toilet downstairs and upstairs. We also have a garden patio. In these photos the desk is not included as it is currently apart of the living room decor; but the bed and wardrobe is.
