Calling All Students - get ready for the next academic year with our six fully furnished double rooms, perfect for solo students or groups.

Each room comes with:

• Double bed with an orthopaedic mattress
• Bedside table
• Chest of drawers
• Wardrobe

The house features:

• 3 shared bath / shower rooms
• Modern kitchen diner with all amenities (range cooker,
microwave, fridge/freezer, washer dryer. All crockery, and
cutlery also included.
• Spacious communal living room smart TV and a large
garden view
• Dining area with table and chairs

There is off-road parking for two cars and the bus top is in the same road as the house with other stops only a short walk away.

The monthly rent is inclusive of gas, electricity, water (normal usage), high-speed broadband and TV licence for communal area. Council tax is exempt as this is a student house.

Your landlord pays for regular cleaning of communal areas and garden maintenance.

The house is a 10-minute drive, 15-minute cycle, or 20-minute bus ride to university campuses and town centre / station and close to the A3.

Students only please. A guarantor will be required and for a deposit we ask for either one month’s rent (protected in the TDS) or a Zero Deposit Scheme for fully qualified tenants.
