Based in the centre of Guildford, a five minute walk to the high street and London Road station and a 15 minute walk to Guildford main line station.

1400 square feet of interior designed space, a large landscaped garden and parking (resident permit application required).

In a ground floor flat, the double, bright and airy bedroom has high ceilings, a grand bay window, an office desk and plenty of storage.

There is a large eat-in kitchen and living room with high speed WiFi, 2 bathrooms, washer dryer, 55 inch TV, open fire, painted wood floors and elegant interiors.

I work abroad every other month, this means that the applicant will have the entire appartment to themselves for 6 months a year.

I am looking for a professional, house proud, non smoker who is a pet lover who can commit to taking care of Nobu, my cat, on the months that I am working away. This includes, feeding, changing litter and keeping her company. Ideally someone who works part time from home, but this is not a pre-requisite

All the bills are included in the rent.
