The offered room will be in a shared house of 3 other students who all attend the University UCA, travel is important to us hence the closeness to the train station and short walk to town centre. LGBT accepting and friendly/social bunch who's are in need of a fourth tenant. Will require a guarantor however no preference between student or professional, as long as you're a welcoming individual who shares similar interest of those listed. The house is very spacious with three floors, an open dinning room/living area and 3 bathrooms included a bath and separate shower in the room being listed.
