Students only, £285/week "The Bridge, Homes for Students" Studio accommodation with a kitchenette and an ensuite bathroom (all bills included).

I will no longer be going to Guildford this year and I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy.

LOCATION: Location is great as it is in central Guildford - only a 2-minute walk from Guildford train station.
ACM campus for Music College Guildford is only a 1-minute walk away.
The University of Surrey and The University of Law are only a 12-minute walk away.

ROOM INFO: Ensuite bathroom, kitchenette (including a hob space, oven, and fridge), small double bed, wardrobe, under-the-bed storage, and desk area.

ADDITIONAL AMMENITIES: Cinema room, gaming room, music room, study space, communal lounge with a TV.

The only requirement for this studio is to be a student as it is in a private student accommodation.
