Looking for a lovely flatmate

So, currently splitting up with my boyfriend and he is in the process of moving out 🥳 I would love to keep renting in the house I’m in. It’s a really great property in central Guildford, it has a lovely garden with a little terrace area. Technically 3 bedrooms, one which is a loft conversion. You’d be sharing with me, a 40 year old female with two cats 😸 I’m pretty sociable, clean and tidy, but not fanatic about it. Would love to find someone similar, that enjoys a glass of wine and a bit of a chat and to help with the rent and bills which are somewhat negotiable.

The move date isn’t certain yet as waiting for my ex to find a place to move to, but hopefully not too far in the future.
