Renting out the second room in my house in Guildford. The house is a stones throw from Guildford station, about a 5 minute walk into town, and a short walk to Royal Surrey Hospital and Surrey University.

The room is a very spacious double bedroom, and comes furnished. The shared bathroom is recently refurbished. Kitchen and living room also shared.

Bills inclusive of rent and includes; council tax, water, gas & electric and sky TV. Parking is on-street, a permit will cost you £134 for the year.

A bit about me - I’m a 28 (going on 29) year old nurse. I work Mon-Fri 9-5 in the community so am out most of the working day. I enjoy sports, cooking, drinks with friends and holidays!

I am looking for a clean, considerate, and back person to fill the room.
