Small, but very cute room with shared shower

Hi. We are family with 3 students different ages. We have one spare room. It's small, but cute. There are shared toilet and shower with next door room. And, you may have access to separate bathroom aswell.
A huge benefit that we have a large student room with desks and area for socialisation.
Male students are preferable, because you will share toilet with other male student.
Please, no food in room. We have a large kitchen and dinning room. Be part of the family. We love clean and tidy house. We love friendly and patient people.
