We're two young professionals looking for a third person to join our house share in central Guildford.
We're currently looking to renew our contract for a year from the end of November due to our third friend moving out to go travelling!
As Surrey graduates we know and love the area well. One of us works in Guildford while the other commutes into London on a semi-regular basis.
About the room:
The room is a large double bedroom with plenty of space for a desk and other furniture. While the room itself is unfurnished, the rest of the house comes with furnishings. This includes a shared living room with a large TV and sofa bed.

The house is a very spacious and well decorated end of terrace located in central Guildford. We are only a 10 minute walk to the main station which has great links to London Waterloo and the rest of Surrey.
We have a patio area in the back garden with a vegetable patch.
