Largest room in the house available to rent, its upstairs, got a lovely view in a nice small neighborhood : ) Utilities are approximately £40 per week but in the summer if heating is barely used then it will be even less.

House has an open kitchen and living-room combo with a large garden. It is extremely close to the uni, only an 8 minute walk and you're on campus and same distance to town. The train station is also really close by, only a 3 minute walk. Bus stops (1, 4, 5) are also really close by too.

Council tax non applicable since this is a student house. Lots of parking on the street, and I believe its very cheap, only £20 or so for a year.

Looking to move out ASAP because I got an offer of accommodation on campus.
