Double bedroom – Central Guildford Location – (2 bed flat)

Hello,

I have just moved to Guildford and I am looking for a friendly flatmate to rent out my spare double room in my bright central flat in Guildford.

The room
The room isn’t massive but it’s a decent size. It’s at the back of the property so it’s quite at night and it gets a lot of light in the day. The room comes fully furnished at per the photos. There is also a cupboard in the hallway of the flat for additional storage for coats etc.

The Rest of the flat
The open plan living room/kitchen is incredibly spacious. The kitchen is fully kitted out with everything you could possibly need. There is a small dining area and breakfast bar for enjoying your meals. The TV has all Sport and Movie channels Including Sky Sports etc. My personal favourite part of the flat it has a South facing balcony which will be great for alfresco dinning or cheeky sun downer beers. The bathroom is clean and bright, and the shower is pretty decent.

A little about me
I am 28 years old, and I bought this flat a week ago. I work as a TV Producer in sports TV. I am quite a sporty guy. I like Golf/Football/Running/Road Cycling/Gym and Squash. Also like the social aspect of going out for food or drinks.

What I am looking for
I am looking for a social and friendly flatmate who really wants to call their flat home. I would want someone who is clean and tidy and doesn’t mind mucking with cleaning etc.
I would like a social flatmate rather than someone who just stays in their room the whole time. It would be good if we shared a passion for a hobby or interest. At the same time, I also completely respect people’s privacy and I would prefer to have a flatmate who is socially active and who is out and about rather a house hermit. Additionally, I would prefer to have a flatmate who doesn’t work from home more than 2 days a week.
