This is a small room in a friendly multinational houseshare ideally located in a quiet area 15 minutes from the town centre, 10 minutes from the station, 20 to University./RSCHospital.
I am looking for 6 hours of light house/garden duties in exchange for rent, so RENT FREE (more/less hours can be financially compensated)
I have recently developed back problems and am finding things like watering, hoovering, cleaning bathroom, rather difficult. The help I need is roughly an hour a day, to suit.
The room is very small, but the house is spacious with a shared kitchen/living area and young professional tenants.
The RENT FREE bit might sound hard to believe but a video chat would show that there is no catch to it and other tenants who have been here for several years, can prove that.
