Ensuite Room at Scape for Summer

This is a room in a ground-floor cluster flat at Scape Guildford available late May until 06/09/25.

Of the six rooms in the flat, three will be occupied over the summer by quiet, clean and polite flatmates. Two of them come and go between this flat and their family homes, and one of them resides here full time.

The room itself has brilliant built-in storage, including a wardrobe, under-bed storage, desk drawers. two large shelves, shelves behind the bathroom mirror and some more hidden compartments! There is a small double bed with a comfortable mattress, a spacious desk and chair, as well as a wall-mounted TV!

The bathroom has a full length mirror on the door and two more over the sink. There are no exposed pipes and the shower is big and works very well.

Our shared kitchen has been looked after well, with half a fridge available to the tenant, alongside a big cupboard under the kitchen island. More features include 2 microwaves, 2 induction hobs and 2 ovens.

Scape has many useful facilities across the two buildings such as vending machines, a communal kitchen, a gym, a music studio, a cinema room, circuit laundry, bike racks, study areas and 24/7 help at the reception desk.
