We have on offer a large double bedroom on the ground floor with private side door access, which comes with a fully fitted and newly refurbished bathroom with shower over the bath. There is a separate kitchen available for your use (washing machine access needed at times during the week and weekends). Room available unfurnished or partly furnished. Large garden to the rear with side access and safe storage for bikes etc. Plenty of free parking on the street directly outside the house. Lots of open green spaces and river walks nearby. Access by bus (1 minute walk to bus stop) into town or to Woking and Guildford train station for quick access into London etc. Lovely neighbourhood and friendly neighbours. Petrol station and shop 2 mins from the house. We mainly work during the day in term-time. Room available from 4 October 2025.
Cost £975 per month with £300 deposit, paid before lodging starts to secure the room. All gas, electricity, council tax and water bills included. Super-fast Wifi included in price. We are a welcoming, friendly family of 4, who would love to share our house with a lodger, but will completely respect your privacy too.
