Hi, a room on the second floor of a 3-bedroom house at gu27su is available for rent. This room comes with a private toilet, but please note that it is only for using the toilet—showers need to be taken in the shared second-floor bathroom.

The space includes two connected rooms (one smaller room can be used as a study or for other purposes). Only one person is allowed to live in this room.

The rental period is from September 22, 2025 to September 22, 2026, and the rent is £750 per month excluding bills (bills are split among all tenants).

Currently, there is a couple and an orange cat living in one of the rooms on the first floor, and a professional living in the other room.

A viewing is scheduled for the morning of July 18, and you’re very welcome to come and take a look.

Please note: parties are not allowed in this house (to avoid disturbing other tenants), and overnight guests or additional residents are not permitted unless approved by all current tenants and the landlord.
