We have three bedrooms available in a relaxed and friendly professional house share, ideally located close to Tesco, Surrey Sports Park, Surrey Research Park, the University of Surrey, and Royal Surrey County Hospital.

The spacious shared areas are perfect for unwinding after work, enjoying game nights, film nights, and summer barbecues — and we love a good pub quiz too!

One of the rooms has been recently refurbished, featuring a new bed, built-in wardrobe, and fresh carpeting.

Bills included: Council Tax, Gas and Electricity, and Water.

The house has a large driveway, with plenty of additional parking spaces available on a quiet private road if needed.

There are two shared bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with two fridges, a large freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. You’ll also have access to a shared living and dining area.

At the back of the house, there is a private garden with a patio table and direct access to the woods behind — great for a breath of fresh air.

A deposit of 4 weeks’ rent is required and is fully refundable upon leaving the property. All deposits are protected in a government-approved deposit protection scheme.
