Fully Furnished Spacious Studio Flat For Rent

I'm looking for a professional or a student to continue my tenancy. The flat is a little nice property with a view. I got the flat bare and managed to put a few sets of furniture in, like 2-seater dining table with chairs, double size bed with mattress, bedside table with storage, wardrobe (1 built in and 1 purchased), and 1 chest of drawers. Appliances that come with property is just the fridge. I have a toaster and a kettle. Unfortunately I don't have a microwave or TV. You just have to purchase those if you would like to put those in, there should be enough space to install a wall-mounted TV. Utility bills and internet are all under my name but I could have them transferred to you. Photos per request. I have to ask the landlord for his permission. Thank you.
