Spacious double room with garden view

Hi! I'm moving out of this flat in September, so we're looking for someone to take over my room.

The room is very spacious – plenty of space for a desk set-up, which makes it perfect if you work from home. It comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, built-in wardrobe, and a bedside table. (Other furniture in the pictures belongs to me, but can give a good idea of the space!)

The flat was fully refurbished around three years ago, so everything is modern and well-maintained. The letting agency is really responsive – they’ve sorted any issues quickly, like replacing a broken washing machine within a day.

You’ll be sharing with three friendly young professionals who are respectful, easy to live with, and considerate about space and noise.

The room has windows overlooking the back garden, which gets great light and sunsets. There are also a few neighbourhood cats that like to wander through the garden – a nice little bonus if you like animals :)

The flat is in a great location – there’s a Co-op just around the corner, and Lidl is a 10–15 minute walk away. Buses to the city centre stop right at the end of the street, and it’s only about 10 minutes into town by bus.

Easiest would be to arrange viewings from 11th August onwards when I am back from abroad, but earlier viewings can potentially be organised with the other flatmates.
