We are a group of students from Surrey, ACM and Italia Conti, interested in music and theatre arts. A fun, open-minded and respectful group of students. Friendly, sociable, tidy! We are all going into second year but this house would suit a new student too as we are a young bunch. Room 2 is a lovely ground floor double with en-suit and view of the garden. It has become available as due to family reasons I am not able to stay. I am really gutted but this is a great opportunity for a new person to meet this awesome group.
The house has a large open-plan kitchen/living area great for socialising. Large enclosed Garden (secure for bikes). Additional bathroom WC. It is a fantastic value house which is hard-pressed to find anywhere in Guildford.
It really is a great house and a super opportunity to meet a range of sociable, hard-working ambitious students.
