I have a beautiful home and would love to share it with someone. There‘s a garden, a big kitchen, a dining room, two living room areas, a drive for parking and the bedroom is a double.
The room has been freshly decorated and has a brand new fitted wardrobe installed. There is space for storage under the bed frame too. Feel free to bring your own mattress or I can provide one.
There‘s also a shed in the garden where you could store a bike and there’s a Coop/hairdresser/post office etc 3 mins walk away.
My favourite house shares have been with one other person and I’d like someone who is friendly and clean. Hopefully it can be the start of a friendship - I have lots of great friends from previous house shares.
Your rent would include all bills and a cleaner who comes to clean the bathroom, toilet and kitchen every two weeks.
